• Sebgar Tecnomark is the PCO managing the accommodation secretariat for the IEEE CAI 2026 conference. The IEEE CAI 2026 Technical Secretariat warns you to pay special attention to fraudulent meeting offers you may receive via email.
• Sebgar Tecnomark is the only company officially affiliated with IEEE CAI 2026 that manages the official conference hotels. No other company collaborates with us, so we cannot guarantee their reliability.

Payment and Invoices

• Payment of registration fees (in Euro) can be made via the online accommodation process by the following methods:
  By Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.

Cancellation Policy

• All changes/cancellations must be notified by email to the Congress Secretariat by email prior to the deadlines below:
• Cancellations received up to and including February 26, 2026 – It will be penalized with 50€ cancellation fee.
  Cancellations received after February 26, 2026, or No Show– no refund.
• It is possible to change the name of the accommodation reservation if the secretariat is informed before the 1st april 2026 with €50 administration fee. After that date, a name change will not be possible.

Personal insurance

The organisers accept no responsibility for personal injuries or losses or damage to property belonging to the conference participants, either during or as a result of the event. Please check the validity of your own insurance.

We would like to alert all members and delegates to be aware of possible scams, and only use trusted online registration and accommodation services for bookings,

Official hotels

Eurostars San Antón ****

Eurostars San Antón overlooks the Genil River and is located opposite the Granada Conference Centre. It offers free Wi-Fi and magnificent views of the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada mountains. All rooms at the San Antón feature satellite TV, air conditioning, and a bathroom with a hairdryer. Outdoor parking is available next to the Eurostars San Antón station. The 24-hour reception can arrange car rentals and provide tourist information. Eurostars San Antón can also arrange guided tours of the Alhambra or tickets to the Aljibe Arab Baths upon request. The nearest airport is Granada Airport, 20 km from the property.

Hotel Saray Granada ****

Less than a 10-minute walk from Granada’s historic centre, Hotel Saray features with attractive terraces and gardens. The modern, air-conditioned rooms feature free Wi-Fi and flat-screen satellite TV. The Saray Hotel has elegant Andalusian design, with typical mosaics, archways and fountains. All rooms are non-smoking. The hotel has a bar and a popular pub, Qubba. Set next to Granada’s Congress Centre, the hotel is just 150 metres from the airport bus stop. The Alhambra Palace and the Albaycin district are both less than 2 km away.
