Registration Fees

Full Registration

The conference registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, workshops, tutorials, proceedings, admission to Welcome Reception, Closing Dinner, Catering during scheduled breaks and coffee breaks.

Registration covers the inclusion of one paper in the proceedings.

Student Registration

The conference registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, workshops, tutorials, proceedings, admission to Welcome Reception, Catering during scheduled breaks and coffee breaks. The Closing Dinner is not included in the student registration fee and can be booked separately.

Proof of student status requires one of the following to be uploaded during registration:

• A valid student ID card
• Letter from the student’s institution/university stating that the student is currently enrolled as a student at this institution/university.

 How to register

To register for the Conference, please fill in the online registration form. The registration process consists of three easy steps:

• Click the Registration button
• Fill out personal data form and choose your registration fee
• Pay online by debit/credit card

Methods of payment

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

Credit or Debit Card (preferred option)
For credit or debit card payments, please use the Online Payment System.

By Bank Transfer: (Additional 30€ handling fee is required)
D’ont forget send copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) with the name of the participant to secretariat@ieeecai2026.org.

• Please ensure that the name of the conference and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

• Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
• Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

Cancellations or Changes

Cancellation and refund requests must always be made in writing to the IEEE CAI 2026 Technical Secretariat,email: registration@ieeecai2026.org.

Your conference fees for IEEE CAI 2026 can be refunded for a cancellation fee of EUR 250 on or before 1st March 2026 with the following exception: if your registration was used to upload a final paper to the conference, there will be no refund. In such a case please send your cancellation request to registration@ieeecai2026.org.

After 1st March 2026, conference fees cannot be refunded. All refunds will be processed after the conference.

Conference Invitation Letter – Visa

A conference invitation letter will be issued upon your request once you have registered and paid for the conference. The invitation letter will be sent to you in your receipt.
